TAMHEER Program

Tamheer is a 6 month training program designed to equip fresh graduates with hands on experience in a professional work environment. Participants will be involved in real tasks across different functions, helping them build practical skills, gain industry exposure, and understand workplace expectations. The program supports career readiness through guided learning, on the job training, and continuous development. Requirements: Saudi national Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Not currently employed Eligible for Tamheer registration through Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Commitment to completing the full 6 month program
