Key Responsibilities: - Participate in structured on-the-job training within the assigned department - Support daily operational and administrative activities - Assist in projects, reporting, analysis, and documentation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Develop technical and professional competencies - Adhere to company policies and performance standards Departments Include Human Resources Finance & Accounting Commercial & Revenue Marketing & E-Commerce Information Technology & Cybersecurity Data & Analytics Operations Support Corporate Support Functions Engineering Requirements: - Saudi National - Diploma (minimum one academic year) or Bachelor’s degree or higher - Not currently employed in the public or private sector - No more than one year of full-time employment registered in GOSI - Registered and eligible under the HRDF (Taqat) Tamheer program - Good communication skills in Arabic and English
