Associate - Roads & Highways

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Roads & Highways team in Dubai/Sharjah. This role sits at a senior technical level and will be responsible for leading the design delivery of complex roads and highways packages for large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across the Emirate. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, extensive experience on Dubai projects, and a proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated and compliant design solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). 15+ years of professional experience in roads and highways design. Extensive experience delivering Dubai RTA infrastructure and land development projects. Preferably last 5 years working on Dubai project. Strong understanding of Dubai authority standards, approval processes, and regulatory requirements. Proven experience coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary design teams. Ability to lead technical delivery packages with minimal supervision. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.   What if we can have work-life balance?
