Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline is preferred. Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable. 20+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership of major building projects. Proven track record delivering high-value, complex developments within consultancy environments. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large project portfolios. Strong expertise in reinforced concrete, steel design, and advanced structural analysis. In-depth knowledge of UAE, KSA, and international design standards and codes. Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and securing new business opportunities. Experience leading bids, proposals, framework agreements, and major project pursuits. Lead structural engineering projects for buildings, including managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients. Drive delivery of high-value, complex developments within a consultancy environment. Develop and maintain client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and lead bids, proposals, and framework agreements. Oversee project portfolios, monitor profitability and performance, and ensure compliance with design standards and codes across UAE, KSA, and international markets.
