As an Associate in Building Structures team, you will take overall responsibility for leading and managing the structural engineering discipline within major projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful delivery of complex building projects. This role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and active participation in business development to support the growth of the practice.

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)    Minimum 18+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership roles on large-scale building projects    Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects    Expertise in steel and concrete design and advanced structural analysis    In-depth knowledge of UAE, KSA, and international design codes    Strong business development experience and ability to contribute to strategic growth initiatives   In-depth knowledge of UAE, KSA, and international design codes    Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to strategic growth initiatives   Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
