We are seeking an experienced Associate Director / Associate - Structural Engineering to grow our Structural Engineering team in Jeddah. This is a key position responsible for coordinating the local structural design office, managing the delivery of major building projects, strengthening client relationships, and driving business growth across the Kingdom. The successful candidate will combine exceptional technical expertise with strong commercial awareness, business development capability, and the ability to confidently represent the business with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred). 18+ years of experience in structural engineering, including the delivery of major building projects. Strong experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated involvement in business development, proposal preparation, and winning new work. Proven ability to manage project delivery while balancing technical, commercial, and client expectations. Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, steel, and complex building structures. Experience resolving technical and design-related challenges on multidisciplinary projects. Extensive knowledge of Saudi, regional, and international design codes and standards. Proficiency in structural analysis, design software, and BIM platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
