Infrastructure Dry Utilities Engineer (Site Supervision)

The Infrastructure Engineer (Dry Utilities) is responsible for the planning, design review, coordination, and construction supervision of dry utility infrastructure systems including electrical distribution networks, street lighting, telecommunications, ICT, ELV systems, district cooling, gas networks, and utility corridors. The role ensures that utility designs and construction activities comply with project requirements, local authority regulations, and industry standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related discipline. Professional Engineer certification or membership of a recognized engineering institution is preferred. Additional qualifications in power systems, telecommunications, or utility engineering are advantageous. 5-10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on dry utilities. Experience in engineering consultancy, PMC, design management, or construction supervision roles. Demonstrated involvement in large-scale infrastructure, mixed-use developments, smart cities, industrial zones, airports, ports, or transportation projects. Experience working with utility authorities and service providers.
