Associate Manager - Business Continuity Management

The role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's BCM . This role ensures that the organization can effectively respond to and recover from disruptive events, minimizing the impact on operations, and assets. He/she is responsible for the implementation of the BCPs, procedures, and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analysis and documentation in line with IT policy and procedures and in a manner that provides effective continuity or restoration of D360’s infrastructure and systems for business.

Preferred Qualifications A tertiary-level qualification from a recognized institution  Years & Nature of Experience  Recommended to be 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain If with experience, would have been accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently  Experience in Disaster recovery planning and Business Continuity planning  Technical Competencies  Project Management  Business Risk Assessment Crisis management Behavioral Competencies Proactive and self-directed Excellent communication skills Integrity and Agility
