Planning Engineer-SWRO

Planning Engineer to support the delivery of a SWRO Project. Working within the Owner's Engineer team, the Planning Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and reporting project schedules, assessing construction progress, identifying potential delays, and supporting the successful delivery of the project. The role will provide high-level planning and project controls support across design review, construction, commissioning and handover stages, in line with Owner’s Engineer responsibilities for the Fujairah IWP

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent). Minimum 6–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling. Proven experience in large industrial, infrastructure, or desalination (SWRO) projects. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project. Knowledge of project control principles, scheduling techniques, and cost integration. Familiarity with EPC project lifecycle and construction methodologies. Experience working in the Middle East, preferably UAE. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of risk management and delay analysis techniques.
