QA/QC Manager-SWRO

As a QA/QC Manager, the role will be responsible for supporting the Owner’s Engineer team in overseeing quality assurance and quality control for the Fujairah IWP project, including site supervision, construction monitoring, testing and commissioning, and project close-out activities from a quality documentation perspective. The role will check that EPC Contractor works, documents and deliverables quality are generally aligned with the EPC Contract, project specifications, applicable standards, HSE requirements and Project Company expectations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 15-20 years of experience in large industrial or infrastructure projects. At least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC Manager or similar leadership role. Proven experience in SWRO desalination or large-scale water treatment projects. Strong knowledge of desalination processes, equipment, and construction practices. Experience working on projects in the Middle East, preferably UAE. Proficiency in project planning and management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Relevant certifications such as PMP or NEBOSH (preferred).
