Data Centre Construction Manager

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Data Centre Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major mission-critical data centre project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, ICT, ELV, and associated infrastructure works, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, programme, and cost control. This is a site-based supervision role, focused on overseeing construction delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination of all MEP systems from mobilisation through commissioning and handover. This is a full-time site-based role, with the project located approximately 80 km from Riyadh. Regular on-site presence is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 15+ years of construction management experience. Proven track record delivering large-scale Data Centre, Mission Critical or Complex Infrastructure Projects. Strong experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams across Civil, Structural, MEP, ICT and ELV works. Demonstrated experience in testing, commissioning and project handover. Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills. Experience working on remote project sites and fast-paced construction environments.
