Retail Banking Officer - Home Loan (UAE Nationals)

As a Retail Banking Officer – Home Loan at Emirates NBD, you will support the growth of the bank’s home loan business in the UAE by identifying suitable customers and guiding them through the application process. Reporting to the Sales Manager in an individual contributor role, you will explain product features and requirements, collect accurate customer information and documentation, follow applications through to their outcome, and provide timely updates. Product, system, sales and compliance training will be provided before you work independently. Previous banking experience is not required.

A high school diploma as a minimum; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent recognized qualification also meets the education requirement. Previous banking experience is not required. Experience in customer service, sales, internships, projects or extracurricular activities can be helpful. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in approaching customers and explaining information accurately. Comfort with basic calculations, digital forms, email and data entry. A responsible, organized and customer-focused approach, with attention to detail and willingness to learn. Integrity, respect for confidentiality and willingness to raise concerns about potential issues.
