Network Performance Manager

To manage and enhance the operational performance of the Etihad Rail network by monitoring service delivery, analyzing data, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with internal departments and external operators. The role ensures high levels of reliability, safety, and efficiency across freight and passenger services in alignment with national transport goals.

Academic Qualifications: University degree in Rail Operations, Operations, Transport, Management, Business, Safety or equivalent professional experience and/or qualification deemed to be equivalent .     Skills & Experience Required: Deep understanding of rail operations and performance frameworks, preferably in freight and/or passenger rail. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in a performance or operations management role within transport or infrastructure sectors. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with rail control systems and performance monitoring tools is an advantage
