PMC Senior Fabrication Site Manager

Wood is currently recruiting for a Sr. Fabrication Site Manager - EPC2 to support a major offshore PMC project for ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all fabrication yard and site activities, ensuring safe execution, quality compliance, schedule achievement, and effective coordination between project stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience on large oil and gas development projects Minimum of five (5) years of Managerial experience. Extensive experience in fabrication management within large-scale EPC/PMC oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of offshore fabrication, welding, inspection, QA/QC processes, and construction practices. Demonstrated experience managing large multicultural teams within fabrication yards and offshore project environments. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
