PMC Senior Construction Engineer (Civil)

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Senior Construction Engineer (Civil) with a proven track record in overseeing and managing all civil construction activities on ADNOC Onshore projects, ensuring that work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements. The role acts as the PMC's civil engineering representative, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to deliver civil works successfully while minimizing risks and supporting overall project objectives.

Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5–7 years in a PMC or consultant role. Proven experience on onshore oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or large industrial projects. Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction practices. Familiarity with international codes and standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, Eurocodes, etc.). Experience with project scheduling tools and construction reporting systems. Strong leadership and site coordination skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Ability to manage multiple contractors and work under tight schedules. Onshore project site-based role. May require extended site presence and rotation schedules depending on project requirements.
