The Role The Site Turnover & Completion Administrator - Gotechnology is responsible for administrative and system support to the Turnover & Completions team in compliance with project specifications and ADNOC standards. The role ensures accurate compilation, verification, and handover of project documentation in line with ADNOC standards, facilitating a smooth and compliant transition from construction to commissioning and final handover.

It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges.  Expected: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in Turnover & Completions within Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC Proven experience working with Go Technology systems (Go-Completes, Go-Track, Go-Commissioning, etc.) Familiarity with Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning processes Technical Skills:   Strong knowledge of T&C processes, systemization, and handover procedures Experience managing ITRs, punch lists, dossiers, and completions databases Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems. Competencies : Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines Good organizational and reporting capabilities.  Additional Requirements: Prior ADNOC project experience is highly preferred Immediate availability or short notice period is advantageous.
