Supervise and guide contractors/subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution of mechanical works onsite. Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements, ensuring zero incidents and promoting a strong safety culture. Monitor mechanical activities against project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
