I&C Engineer - Operations and Maintenance

Wood is currently recruiting for a Rotational Support / Remote Engineer - Instrument & Control to join its to join its UAE business unit: This is a full-time position in Sharjah, UAE. The rotational support Instrument & Control (I&C) Engineer will provide day to day I&C Engineering support for site operations related queries / activities / risks to delivery of safe, reliable and compliant operations. Collaborates with site based team to ensure that identified longer term engineering solutions are progressed to the appropriate team to reduce risk and grow production

What makes you remarkable?  Education • Degree in Engineering or related discipline and / or equivalent relevant professional qualification. • Professional accreditation – Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer. Experience and Job Requirements • Significant experience in an Operations I&C Engineering support role. • Advanced technical knowledge and experience in engineering, with sound knowledge of the relevant industry codes, standards and regulations, and the ability to initiate guidance on the appropriate designs and systems to prevent, control and mitigate risks. • Sound stakeholder management experience.
