Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales function to maximize business growth and profitability. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. The Senior Sales Manager also provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support overall business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior sales role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
