Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial, or business development roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven experience in hotel sales and commercial operations, with a strong understanding of key market segments and business mix. Strong knowledge of sales and commercial practices, with good understanding of revenue and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Professional certifications in Sales, Revenue Management, Commercial Management, or Hospitality are an advantage.
