Reservations Supervisor

The Reservations Supervisor Executive is responsible for supervising all reservation activities, ensuring efficient booking processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting revenue optimization strategies. The role works closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and achievement of hotel occupancy and revenue targets.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office operations within the hospitality industry. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (Pep). Good understanding of revenue management principles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
