Accreditation Manager

The Manager, Quality Assurance and Accreditation plays a crucial role in maintaining the university's reputation and standards. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the university's programs meet the highest accreditation standards, both nationally and internationally. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and external accreditation bodies, to facilitate the accreditation process and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Education, Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 12 years of relevant experience for expats, and 8 years for UAE nationals. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, especially in an educational context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and report generation. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address accreditation-related challenges. A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for promoting a culture of quality. Experience in a similar role or in an educational institution is an asset. A proactive and organized approach to work, with attention to detail.
