QA & Institutional Research and Planning

This position plays a crucial role in supporting evidence-based decision-making at ZMU by designing research methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, and creating performance reports. The specialist will lead enrollment forecasting, drive automation, and ensure data integrity for accreditation and ranking processes. They will also engage with stakeholders, present findings, and maintain a safe work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Expats: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; UAE Nationals: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and trend identification. Excellent skills in data visualization and presentation of complex information. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in data management systems and business intelligence tools. Understanding of information security and confidentiality policies. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
