Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms. Creative thinking and a strategic mindset to develop innovative trade marketing campaigns. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in managing budgets and financial planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
