About the role
About noon We’re building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East—fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Consumer who can help us move even faster. Noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products with delivery within 15-minutes. Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time. noon’s mission: Every door, every day. What you'll do: • Own one consumer area and its main metric. It could be discovery and search, cart and checkout, the post-order experience, or growth and retention. • Find the problems worth solving through customer interviews, usability tests, funnel data, app reviews and customer support tickets. • Build a quarterly roadmap tied to business goals, and be clear about what you're not doing and why. • Write clear specs with a hypothesis and a success metric, and ship with your team every sprint. • Design and read A/B tests, and keep improving after launch until the metric moves. • Work closely with our Commercial & Operations product team on the places where their decisions show up in the app: stock availability, delivery times, pricing and promotions. • Keep noon's platform teams aligned on what's shipping and why. • Build for customers in the middle east, and know where their needs differ. What you'll need: • 3 to 5 years of experience in building consumer products • A record of moving a consumer metric such as conversion, retention or order frequency, and the ability to explain how you did it. • Strong data and AI skills. You pull and analyse data (SQL is a plus), and you know how to design and read experiments. Ability to orchestrate agents and run evals on AI product features. • Outstanding product sense for mobile experiences, and a close working relationship with design. • Enough technical understanding to make trade-offs with engineers. • Commercial judgement: you can weigh conversion against basket size, discounts and delivery cost. Who will excel? • We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. • We need people with the courage to be fiercely original. • noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
