Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Elite Assets is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients by building strong, long-term relationships and understanding their financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, assessing financial needs, coordinating with internal advisory and planning teams, and presenting tailored wealth management solutions. The Relationship Manager will monitor client portfolios, respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, supporting client onboarding, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications • Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships. • Knowledge of wealth management, investment advisory, and financial planning concepts, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to understand client needs, assess risk, and support appropriate financial recommendations. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; • Prior experience in relationship management, private banking, or financial services, preferably in the Middle East region.
