Director of Development

We are currently seeking an experienced Development Director to join a leading real estate development organisation, overseeing a portfolio of high-end residential projects across Riyadh and Jeddah. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering premium residential developments, working across the full development lifecycle from initial concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and final delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of high-end residential projects from inception through to completion. • Oversee design management, masterplanning, development strategy and project delivery. • Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders. • Drive commercial performance, budgets, programme and development quality. • Ensure projects are delivered in line with the highest standards of design, quality and customer expectations. • Build strong relationships with government authorities, investors and strategic partners. The Ideal Candidate: • Extensive Development Director / Senior Development Management experience within high-end residential real estate. • Strong track record delivering luxury residential developments and large-scale projects. • Experience managing the full development lifecycle. • Strong commercial, technical and stakeholder management capabilities. • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC would be highly advantageous. • If you are an experienced real estate development professional looking for your next senior leadership opportunity in Saudi Arabia, I'd be keen to hear from you.
