About the role
Senior- Director of Development Location: Riyadh_ Spain- Oman_ Dubai (We have openings in all the mentioned locations). We are seeking a Director of Development to lead large-scale real estate projects with a strong emphasis on master planning and urban entitlements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead master planning and translate plans into actionable development schemes • Navigate Spanish urban planning regulations (PGOU and regional frameworks) and secure entitlements, permits, and approvals • Oversee the full development cycle — land sourcing, feasibility, design, construction, and handover • Conduct financial modeling, feasibility studies, and manage budgets and financing Requirements: • 10+ years of real estate development experience, with proven delivery of major/master-planned projects • Fluency in Spanish or English and Arabic
