Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary Market | Dubai, UAE About the Opportunity Power Scale Talent & Media is recruiting 11 Real Estate Agents on behalf of a growing boutique real estate agency in Dubai. We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with experience in off-plan and/or secondary market property sales. Compensation & Benefits • Commission-only position — no fixed basic salary • Competitive 50/50 commission split, with potential to earn up to 75% • Fresh leads from the UK, UAE and international markets • Access to an existing database of 5,000 leads • Company-provided laptop and SIM card • Visa support • RERA certification support • Professional property photography and marketing support • Weekly training sessions • Weekly developer presentations Requirements • Minimum 3 months of real estate experience • Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market property sales • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage leads and build client relationships • Self-motivated, professional and target-driven • English proficiency; additional languages and experience with international buyers are advantageous Working Conditions • Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (every other Saturday) • Vacancies: 11 positions, including 2 immediate openings Apply Now Submit your updated CV through LinkedIn.
