Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan & Secondary)

We’re Hiring | Real Estate Agents (Off-Plan & Secondary Market) — Urban Frame | Dubai Urban Frame is growing, and we’re looking for driven agents to join our Dubai team in two areas: Off-Plan (new launches and developer projects) and Secondary Market (ready residential and commercial properties). What You’ll Do: Off-Plan Agents • Manage leads from first contact to closing on off-plan projects • Present new launches, payment plans, and developer offerings to clients • Conduct site visits, show-unit tours, negotiations, and client consultations Secondary Market Agents • Source and manage listings from property owners and landlords • Manage buyer and seller leads from first contact to closing • Conduct property viewings, valuations, and negotiations through to DLD transfer What We’re Looking For: • 1–2 years of real estate or sales experience (off-plan or Dubai secondary market a plus) • Strong communicator, fluent in English (extra languages are a plus) • Self-motivated and target-driven Commission Structure (Commission-based only): Off-Plan • 40% on all deals, from company or personal leads • 70% on your personal-client deals once you’ve closed 3 deals Secondary Market • 50% on your first 3 deals, from company or personal leads • 70% on your personal-client deals after that What We Offer: • Company leads and owner data from day one • Training and mentorship program, with a clear path to 70% commission • A high-performance team in one of the world’s top property markets 📩 Send your CV to: [email protected], mentioning Off-Plan or Secondary in the subject line, or apply directly through this post.
