Procurement Specialist

Procurement reviews have become a large part of Namaa's work for Saudi corporate groups: how suppliers are chosen, how contracts are approved and where spending can be controlled better. We are hiring a Procurement Specialist in the Kingdom to support those reviews and to run our own purchasing in Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time and remote, from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia, with our principals in Oklahoma City eight to nine hours behind Riyadh. Your work • Collect purchasing data, contracts and approval rules from client teams for procurement reviews • Build spend analyses by supplier, category and business unit in Excel • Compare client purchasing steps with their written policies and note the gaps • Run quotations and purchase orders for Namaa's own suppliers in Saudi Arabia • Keep supplier records and documents complete What you bring • A bachelor's in supply chain, business administration or a related field • Some experience in procurement or purchasing, including internships • Excel, including pivot tables Helpful but optional • Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement or another purchasing system • A CIPS certificate or progress toward one Our offer • Paid monthly in Saudi riyals • Medical insurance for you and your family • GOSI registration • Twenty-five days of paid annual leave, plus Saudi public holidays • End-of-service award under the Saudi Labor Law • A yearly budget for courses and professional certificates • Laptop and home office equipment, provided by Namaa About the firm Namaa Partners is a management consulting firm based in Oklahoma City.
