Data Analyst

Namaa Partners has started an operating performance project with a corporate group in Saudi Arabia and is hiring a Data Analyst in the Kingdom for it and for the engagements that follow. You will turn client data on sales, costs, staffing and operations into clean tables, dashboards and short findings that our consultants take to management. The job is full-time and remote, from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia. The rest of the team works from Oklahoma City, eight to nine hours behind Riyadh, so expect some calls at the end of your working day. Your work • Collect extracts from clients' finance, HR and operations systems and check them for gaps and errors • Clean, join and reshape the data in Excel, SQL or Python so business units and years can be compared • Build Power BI dashboards that show the performance measures agreed for each engagement • Write short notes that explain what changed in the numbers and why • Record every source, assumption and adjustment so the work can be checked What you bring • A bachelor's in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, computer science or a related field • Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH • Basic SQL: SELECT queries with joins and aggregations • At least one dashboard you built, at university, in an internship or at work Helpful but optional • Python with pandas • Tableau, or the Microsoft PL-300 Power BI certificate Our offer • Paid monthly in Saudi riyals • Medical insurance for you and your family • GOSI registration • Twenty-five days of paid annual leave, plus Saudi public holidays • End-of-service award under the Saudi Labor Law • A yearly budget for courses and professional certificates • Laptop and home office equipment, provided by Namaa About the firm Namaa Partners is a management consulting firm based in Oklahoma City.
