Performance Analyst

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (remote, work from home) | Employment type: Full-time | Experience level: Entry level The opening More of Namaa Partners' performance improvement work now comes from companies in Saudi Arabia, so we are adding a Performance Analyst in the Kingdom. You will set up and track the measures our clients use to run their businesses: you define KPIs with client teams, gather the monthly figures and report where results differ from plan and why. It is a full-time remote role, worked from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia. Our principals sit in Oklahoma City, eight to nine hours behind Riyadh, so a few meetings each week start late in your afternoon. What the work looks like • Agree KPIs, targets and the source of each figure with client teams • Gather monthly results from business units and compare them with plan and the prior year • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management meetings • Look into the largest variances with the people responsible and write down the causes • Track the actions agreed in performance reviews and report their progress Who we are Namaa Partners is a management consulting firm in Oklahoma City. A typical project might be a board mandate, a new organization design or a comparison of investment options for a group.
