Job Description – Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer Experience: 5–10+ Years Location: Riyadh / Bangalore / Client Location Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Role Summary Looking for an experienced L2/L3 Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Infrastructure Security, VMware, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Key Responsibilities & Skills • Microsoft 365: Administration and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Hybrid. • Identity & Endpoint Management: Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Intune, device compliance and patch management. • Security: Microsoft Defender, EDR, endpoint security, vulnerability management, DLP and security incident resolution. • Windows Infrastructure: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. • VMware: vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VM provisioning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting. • Backup & DR: Backup administration, Veeam, DR drills, failover/failback, RPO and RTO. • OCI: Compute, Storage, VCN, Subnets, NSGs, IAM, monitoring and hybrid cloud connectivity. • Automation: PowerShell scripting for Windows and M365 administration. Candidate Requirements • Strong hands-on L2/L3 infrastructure support experience. • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and handle escalations. • Experience in incident management, RCA and enterprise infrastructure operations. • OCI experience is mandatory / strong priority for this requirement.
