Coffee machine technician

Role Description The Coffee Machine Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The technician will install, commission, and configure various commercial and domestic coffee machines at customer locations and company facilities. Daily tasks include diagnosing faults, performing repairs, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. The role involves responding to service requests, maintaining service logs, managing spare parts and tools, and providing basic user training and guidance to customers on proper machine use and care. The technician will collaborate with the operations team to schedule visits, support quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes. Qualifications • Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for coffee machines and related devices. • Hands-on experience with Machine Operation and safe handling of commercial and domestic coffee machinery. • Proven ability in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery. • Solid understanding of general Machinery components, tools, and industry-standard repair practices. • Previous experience as a coffee machine technician, appliance technician, or similar technical role. • Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge relevant to installation and servicing of coffee equipment. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and service documentation. • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with clients on-site. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service records. • Relevant technical certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance is preferred.
