Software Support and Implementation Engineer- Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities: • Provide software and application support to end users. • Troubleshoot and resolve application and system-related issues. • Assist with system implementation, configuration, testing and maintenance. • Support users and coordinate with vendors for technical issues. • Perform basic MS SQL queries and scripting. • Assist with networking and infrastructure-related support. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Software Support or Application Support. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL queries. • Understanding of networking, servers, VPNs and infrastructure. • Familiarity with application configuration and testing. • Good communication and end-user support skills. • Valid driving licence. • Note: Previous experience in POS systems or the retail/fuel sector is an advantage . Other Considerations: • Ability to work in an on-call & shift rotation, if necessary, to provide after-hours support. • UAE Driving License is a must.
