Senior Civil Engineer, Telecom

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee civil construction, rollout, and maintenance for telecom sites, towers, rooftops, and data center infrastructure. The role combines team leadership with responsibility for safe execution, quality, schedules, and cost control. Key responsibilities • Plan and supervise civil works for greenfield sites, rooftops, monopoles, lattice towers, and Rapid Deployment Units. • Lead civil engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. • Oversee foundations, structural steel erection, building modifications, waterproofing, and repairs. • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for telecom sites and data centers. • Prepare schedules, BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and resource plans. • Monitor budgets, project progress, quality standards, and HSE compliance. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. • Manage inspections, snag rectification, completion records, and project handover. Required qualifications and experience • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Technology. • Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, preferably in telecom infrastructure and GSM rollout projects. • Experience in team leadership, subcontractor management, planning, and cost control. • Knowledge of tower foundations, steel erection, rooftop installations, and site maintenance. • Working knowledge of QA/QC, HSE requirements, and BOQ preparation. • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
