Key Responsibilities • Analyse business performance, trends, and operational data to generate actionable insights. • Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Work with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategic initiatives. • Track key business KPIs and monitor performance against targets. What We're Looking For • UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage. • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations. • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong ownership.
