Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst for a 3-month fixed-term assignment based on-site in Abu Dhabi. The role will support business and operational decision-making through data collection, quantitative analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information, identify key insights, and present findings through clear reports and PowerPoint presentations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments and sources. • Perform quantitative analysis using Excel and other spreadsheet-based tools to identify trends, gaps, and key insights. • Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, validate data, and follow up on outstanding inputs. • Support business and operational analysis to facilitate informed decision-making. • Work independently to ensure timely delivery of assigned analyses and reports. Requirements: • 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, strategy or operations consulting, or an in-house analytics team. • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to collect, consolidate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources. • Proficiency in PowerPoint to present findings, insights, and recommendations. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently, proactively gather information, and follow up with data owners. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Arabic and English bilingual proficiency is preferred.
