Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support and drive the organization’s HR digital transformation roadmap. The role will be responsible for translating HR business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions, leading implementation and enhancement projects, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring successful system adoption across multiple group entities. The ideal candidate should combine strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise with a solid understanding of end-to-end HR operations, enabling them to bridge the gap between HR business functions and technical SAP teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery and execution of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects across the Group. • Drive the development and optimization of Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Time Management functionalities. • Improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency through effective HRIS integrations and data validation. • Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into practical SAP SuccessFactors solutions. • Coordinate system configuration reviews, functional specifications, UAT, and business signoffs. • Manage external implementation partners and vendors, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. • Identify opportunities to optimize SuccessFactors modules, automate HR processes, and standardize workflows across group. • Strengthen HR master data governance, data integrity, reporting, and workforce analytics. • Lead change management, user training, and communication initiatives to ensure successful system adoption. • Coordinate system maintenance, incident resolution, SAP releases, and continuous operational support. Requirements • Saudi citizen • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in HRIS, including at least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience. • Experience delivering at least two full SAP SuccessFactors implementations. • Strong experience in SuccessFactors configuration, fit-gap analysis, and project delivery. • Proven experience managing implementation vendors and external consultants. • Practical experience across key HR functions, with a strong understanding of Saudi HR practices and regulation • Ability to translate HR business requirements into system solutions and effectively coordinate with SAP implementation teams. • SAP Certified SuccessFactors professional, preferably in Employee Central (EC). • Experience with multi-entity implementations and GCC environments is an advantage. • Knowledge of Saudi payroll processes and integrations with SAP S/4HANA or BTP is a plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in English is required. • A master's degree (MBA or Information Systems) is an advantage.
