What You'll Be Doing: • Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen potential candidates through various recruitment platforms and social media channels. • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers. • Onboarding Support: Support new-hire onboarding activities and training programs. • Events & Employer Branding: Participate in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and onboarding sessions. • Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records and update information in the applicant tracking system.
