The role involves managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collection of invoices from individual and corporate clients. Daily tasks include contacting customers by phone and email, negotiating payment arrangements, updating collection records, and coordinating with the finance and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies. The Financial Collector also reviews aging reports, monitors payment trends, and prepares regular collection status summaries for management. The position requires consistent adherence to company policies, local regulations, and professional standards in handling financial and customer information. • Qualifications • being proficiency in using Excel formulas • Strong skills in accounts receivable management, collections, and basic accounting principles. • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software; ability to work with ERP or billing systems. • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle payment discussions professionally. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and report preparation. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively with finance and operations teams. • Previous experience in collections, finance, or customer accounts management, preferably in logistics or related sectors. • Good written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. • High level of integrity, respect for confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards in financial interactions. • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • communication skills
