About the role
The Role We’re looking for an Administrative Training Coordinator with a solid Learning & Development background to support the delivery of GLOMACS training programs around the world. You’ll be the link between clients, trainers, vendors, and internal teams, making sure every program runs smoothly from planning through evaluation. This role suits someone who understands the training lifecycle, works well under pressure, and cares about service quality. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the full training lifecycle (needs analysis support, scheduling, logistics, delivery, and post-training evaluation) for programs delivered globally, both in person and virtually. • Make sure facilitators, training materials, venues, and online platforms are prepared and aligned before each program. • Write and send clear, professional emails to clients, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Work with training venues, suppliers, and partners so materials, resources, and services arrive on time. • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and training support teams on all program-related tasks. • Track program timelines, spot risks early, and escalate issues when needed. • Keep accurate records of sessions, attendance, assessments, evaluations, and participant feedback. • Use L&D evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick levels) to measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements. • Prepare internal and client-facing reports on program outcomes, learner satisfaction, and performance metrics. • Handle client and participant inquiries, resolve issues, and keep everyone updated promptly. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or training operations, ideally in a training, consultancy, or education organization. • Good understanding of L&D principles, including training needs analysis, the training cycle, and evaluation of learning outcomes. • Strong written and verbal English with a polished, professional tone. • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to run several programs at once. • Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office; experience with an LMS is a plus. • Ability to work independently, prioritize well, and manage tasks with minimal supervision. • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving international environment. • A relevant L&D qualification (e.g., CIPD, ATD/CPTD) is a plus.
