Architectural Engineer

Job Summary Contribute to the preparation, development, and review of architectural designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and technical specifications. Support engineering activities and technical coordination to maintain the accuracy and quality of engineering deliverables. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and modify architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit. • Assist in developing architectural designs and drawings based on project requirements. • Review Shop Drawings to ensure compliance with approved designs and technical specifications. • Assist in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and architectural specifications. • Coordinate architectural drawings with other engineering disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and electrical. • Review technical drawings and documents to identify potential conflicts and technical discrepancies. • Assist in preparing and reviewing Material Submittals and Technical Submittals. • Follow up on revisions and updates to architectural drawings and technical documents. • Assist in preparing engineering reports, documents, and project-related deliverables. • Coordinate with relevant teams to address technical comments and inquiries. • Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and approved technical specifications. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering. • 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates. • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. • Basic understanding of architectural drawings and Shop Drawings. • Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-offs, and technical specifications. • Understanding architectural design principles and construction requirements. • Ability to coordinate and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to follow up on assigned tasks. • Available to join immediately.
