• Qualifications
• - Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• - Minimum 7–10 years of experience in site supervision of architectural works.
• - Experience in commercial, residential, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• - Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural finishes, and material specifications.
• - Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
• - Professional engineering registration or relevant accreditation is preferred.
• Technical Skills
• - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• - Ability to review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• - Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site inspection processes.
• - Experience with project management software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• - Supervise and monitor all architectural site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• - Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• - Coordinate architectural activities with structural, MEP, and other project disciplines.
• - Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• - Identify construction issues and provide technical solutions to maintain project progress.
• - Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• - Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements.
• - Prepare inspection requests (IRs), snag lists, punch lists, and monitor close-out activities.
• - Review completed works before consultant/client inspections.
• - Participate in project meetings and provide technical reports and progress updates.
• - Verify quantities and assist in evaluating variations and change orders when required.
• - Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, approvals, and correspondence.
• - Support project handover by ensuring completion of all architectural works and required documentation.
