Health Safety Environment Supervisor

Job Title: HSE Supervisor Department: HSSE Role Purpose: The HSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures by overseeing site safety operations, coordinating risk assessments, enforcing compliance with regulatory and company safety standards, and driving a proactive safety culture. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor Safety Officers and Supervisors to ensure proactive safety implementation. • Lead daily safety meetings and training sessions for site personnel. • Act as the primary point of contact for HSE concerns on site. • Ensure adherence to company HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements. • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify safety compliance. • Work with management to implement corrective and preventive actions for safety violations. • Investigate incidents and near misses to determine root causes. • Prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures. • Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and client (as applicable). Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a three-year technical diploma in a relevant field. • Mandatory HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OSHA 30-Hour. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or industrial settings. • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. • Ability to identify hazards, assess site risks, and develop mitigation measures.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a three-year technical diploma in a relevant field. Mandatory HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OSHA 30-Hour.
