The company offers opportunities for growth within a well-structured and expanding transportation network. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The Driver will safely operate assigned taxi vehicles, transport passengers to their destinations, and follow all traffic rules and company policies. Daily tasks include picking up and dropping off passengers, using navigation tools to determine routes, and maintaining punctual and reliable service. The Driver will handle fare collection, assist passengers with boarding and luggage when needed, and ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and roadworthy. The role also includes reporting any incidents, following scheduling instructions, and providing courteous, professional customer service at all times. Qualifications • Strong driving skills, ideally including experience in Taxi Driving • Valid HCL,GCC and UAE LTV license, with a clean driving record and familiarity with UAE road regulations. • Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with passengers, dispatchers, and colleagues. • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on safety, courtesy, and problem-solving for passenger needs. • Ability to work full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • Knowledge of local routes in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and surrounding areas is an advantage. • Basic English communication; additional regional languages are a plus. • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm in high-traffic or stressful situations.
