Role Description This full-time Driver role is an on-site position based in Dubai. The Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests, employees, and goods to and from the hotel, following designated routes and schedules. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keeping vehicles clean and well-maintained, and complying with all traffic regulations and hotel policies. The role involves assisting guests with luggage, providing courteous and clear communication, and coordinating with the front office and other departments for timely pick-ups and drop-offs. The Driver may also support occasional shuttle services and special event transportation as required. Qualifications • Strong driving skills with experience in Light Vehicle and Light Bus Driving, including safe handling and maneuvering. • Valid driving license appropriate for the region and vehicle type. • Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests, colleagues, and supervisors. • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on courtesy, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. • Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and local routes. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations. • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety protocols and company procedures. • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel transportation is an advantage.
