Internal Audit Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Supervisor / Manager to join the Shared Services Internal Audit function of a group company. The role leads and supervises financial, operational, and compliance audits across group entities, with a particular focus on supply chain and finance audits, and provides strong exposure to internal controls, risk management, and business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise financial, operational, and compliance audits across group companies. • Plan and execute audits, with a focus on supply chain and finance audit areas. • Review audit fieldwork, working papers, and documentation prepared by the team. • Identify control weaknesses and risks, and recommend improvement opportunities. • Draft and finalize audit reports and discuss observations with management. • Follow up on audit findings and management action plans. • Use audit management and analytical tools to support audit execution and reporting. • Ensure audit documentation complies with internal audit standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field. • Total relevant experience of more than 5 years, including Big Four experience. • Proven experience in supply chain and finance audits. • Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is a plus. Skills: • Very strong English language skills (written and spoken). • Good communication skills (Arabic & English mandatory). • Experience using Teammate or similar audit management applications. • Experience using the ECL analytical application or similar applications. • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple assignments.
