Senior Project Manager / CX Program Manager hmmh Middle East | Remote with travel across the GCC hmmh (part of the Serviceplan Group) is a leading SAP Customer Experience partner with over 25 years of expertise in digital transformation across EMEA region. We work with ambitious enterprise clients across multiple sectors, helping them transform sales, marketing and service operations using SAP solutions including Commerce, Sales & Service Cloud, CDP, CDC and Emarsys. As part of our regional growth strategy, we’re hiring an experienced, Arabic-speaking Senior Project Manager / CX Programme Manager to lead customer experience and digital transformation projects across the GCC; with a particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Role · Lead complex CX programmes from discovery and planning through implementation and go-live. · Own the project scope, budgets, resourcing and dependencies across multiple work streams. · Act as the main delivery contact for clients, building trusted relationships with business and IT. · Coordinate consultants, developers and integration teams across onsite and remote teams. · Maintain governance, reporting and escalation processes, resolving issues and driving decisions. · Manage change requests and 3rd party dependencies to protect quality and project profitability. · Oversee testing, business readiness, cutover and hypercare to support successful adoption. · Support proposals, delivery estimates and project mobilisation where required. Requirements · Fluent Arabic and English, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. · At least 8 years of project delivery experience, including leadership of complex implementations. · A proven track record of delivering enterprise technology projects involving multiple teams. · Strong understanding of CX journeys and the connection between business and technology. · Management of senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and keeping teams accountable. · Strong financial management, negotiation and change control skills. · Experience working with distributed delivery teams and Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies. · Willingness to travel across the GCC and work onsite in the UAE and KSA when required. Particularly valuable: · Automotive CX experience, including customer acquisition, vehicle sales and dealer journeys. · Previous SAP CX implementation experience. · Experience coordinating integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ERP and other enterprise platforms. · Previous delivery experience in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. · PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or relevant Agile certification. Location This role can be based remotely, with working hours aligned to GCC clients. Regular travel and onsite availability are essential.
